Greater Noida: In Big Burst Police Arrest Sand Mafia and Drug Smuggler!Greater Noida: Today Greater Noida police attempting major action had arrested two criminals in two different incidents. In first incident police tightening its noose over sand mafia arrested an accused.

Latter the accused was identified as Bhupander a resident of village Momnathal , Knowledge park, Greater Noida. SP Rural Ashish Srivastav told that “In an attempt illegal excavation of sand from Yamuna river accused had tried to change the course of river by obstructing its way though accumulating sand and silt in it. Because of that biodiversity and the populating living along the river bed got affected. Over which irrigation department had registered a complaint against him. Taking action against over complaint police arrested him”

Buphander also had a very long criminal history and had around 11 criminal cases over him. Now he will be presented before court from there he will be sent to Jail.

In the second incident police had arrested a drug smuggler who was later identified as Sandeep Adhana. He is the brother in-law of the history sheeter Gangster Randeep Bhati. Police had recovered 2KG of Marijuana , one country made pistol ,a scooty without number plate.

SSP told that “He is notorious criminal kind of criminal and was jailed earlier also in case of murder and for now was absconding in various cases. He perused his education till 12th and was employed in a canteen as supervisor at Honda Company. There also he use to supply drugs to his labor class employees working in the canteen. And use to create a environment fear among the employees using the name of his brother –in –law”.

Now he will be presented before court and from there he will be sent to jail.
