Blood Donation Camp Organised at GLBIMR

Under the patronage of Shri Pankaj Agrawal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Group and strategic acumen of Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR celebrated the spirit of Independence by organizing a Blood Donation Camp on August 11, 2016 at its Greater Noida Campus in association with Lions Blood Bank, New Delhi. Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR shared that aim of the camp was not only to boost the current blood inventory but also convey the message to the society that a small effort can save hundreds of life. She also appealed the audience to participate in the noble cause for the amelioration of the society.

GL Bajaj Group actively conducts Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities from the perspectives of welfare of Society and this blood donation camp was one such step in the same direction. More than 250 Students, Faculty and Staff Members registered themselves for the blood camp and amplified the feeling of giving.
