Greater Noida police crack down Shiv Kumar murder case, three arrested

In murder case of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Shiv Kumar, who was gunned down while travelling in his Fortune with his driver and gunner near NH24 at Tigri, The incident left four, including a minor girl, dead. The girl was run over by the victims’ SUV as the driver had lost control of the vehicle as he sustained bullet injuries .The girl, Anjali Tiwari, was from Behrampur area of Vijay Nagar in Ghaziabad.

Today in this case police got a big success when they got a tip-off that a suspect in this incident is coming to khairpur gol chakar under Bisrakh police station. As per the information teams of STF west Gautam Budh Nagar with Greater Noida police arrested a suspect after a encounter around 12:30 pm . and a illegal weapon of 30mm is recovered from him.

Latter he is identified as Naresh Tavatiya 25 .On the basis of information received by him after interrogation police arrested two more suspects named Arun Yadav and Sonu.
SSP love kumar told that during investigation” Arun Yada told and alleged that Shiv Kumar yadav under pre planed conspiracy murdered his father in 2004 and presented it as a accident . Regarding this case a FIR is also registered in police station. At that time Arun is of 17 Years and since then he made his mind for revenge.”
And so he planed the murder and fixed 10 lakh for the shooter from which given 6 lakh is all ready been given to Anil Bhati. As per the plan Sonu one of the accused had give the information about Shiv Kumar after that Naresh and his partner gunned down him.
Police said they were investing and the remain suspects will be arrested soon.
