GST must be reviewed thoroughly and immensely : Sushil Kumar Jain

During an exclusive conversation, with Ten News, Sushil Kumar Jain, President, Uttar Pradesh Udhyog Vyapar Mandal, , Gautam Budh Nagar, spoke about GST and it’s effects.
Small traders and MSMEs are still not aware of the rules and regulations to be imposed under GST, they are worried of what will happen of the tax rate under GST and the difference it will have from the present tax system. And if it is lower or higher than present then who will bear the gap?, he told .
The MSMEs and small traders are still not equipped with the GST as there will at least four type of GST like CGST,SGST,IGST etc
Still traders are worried if states will imposed other taxes like entry tax etc., he added.
Talking about government’s behavior, towards GST, he said that, Union govt. looks like a ‘a person in hurry’ and I would like to add, it should be reviewed thoroughly and immensely.
We demand, not to impose GST in any hurry , all terms should be cleared, to the motto of one tax one nation, he stated.
