Happy Hours School Celebrates Annual Day with Cultural Bonaza

Greater Noida News (22/02/2026): Happy Hours School marked its 21st Annual Day celebrations with great enthusiasm and vibrant cultural presentations at the YMCA Auditorium, Greater Noida. The event brought together students, parents, teachers, and distinguished guests, celebrating two decades of the school’s commitment to holistic education.
The programme was graced by Neetu Gandhi, Principal of Modern School, Delta-1, as the Chief Guest. Gajanan Mali, Founder, Ten News Network, and Dr. Alka Chauhan, Additional Statistical Officer, Gautam Buddh Nagar , attended as Guest of Honour.

Cultural Showcase by Students
The celebrations opened with graceful performance, followed by a series of energetic and colorful dance performances , plays by tiny students . The children mesmerized the audience with theme-based dances. Their confidence, coordination, and stage presence reflected months of dedicated practice under the guidance of their teachers. Parents applauded enthusiastically as young performers showcased creativity, discipline, and joy on stage.
Principal’s Address: Focus on Experiential Learning
Addressing the gathering, Amla Lal, Principal of Happy Hours School, reflected on the changing landscape of education and the school’s journey over the past two decades. We have witnessed remarkable changes in every aspect of life, and education is no exception. When I started this school nearly twenty years ago, the system was very different. Today, aligned with the new education policy, we focus strongly on experiential learning, where children learn through activities and real-life experiences, she said.

She emphasized the school’s commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment, encouraging students to actively participate in both academic and co-curricular activities.
Our goal is not only to educate children academically but to help them grow into confident, responsible, and capable individuals. Parents are our partners in this journey, and their involvement plays a crucial role in a child’s overall development, Amla Lal added.
Highlighting the school’s extended learning initiatives, she spoke about after-school programmes such as Abacus, Global Art, and Calligraphy, run in collaboration with SIP Academy India Private Limited, an international organization operating across 11 countries and PAN India.
Children between six-and-a-half to twelve years are enrolled in these programmes, and currently, more than 100 students are benefiting from them. We also run a daycare facility for young children, made possible by our dedicated and caring staff, she noted.
Neetu Gandhi Appreciates Students and Teachers
Chief Guest Neetu Gandhi, Principal of Modern School, Delta-1, praised the impressive performances by the students and the dedicated coordination of the teachers. Appreciating the children’s presentations, she said the young performers displayed remarkable confidence, quick learning ability, and discipline on stage. She especially admired the “cute and lively dance performances” and noted that the children’s attire, expressions, and synchronization reflected the hard work and commitment of both students and teachers. She congratulated the Happy Hours School team for nurturing talent with such warmth and enthusiasm.
Dr. Alka Chauhan Commends the School’s Journey
Dr. Alka Chauhan appreciated the efforts of the students and staff and congratulated Principal Amla Lal for her long and inspiring journey in the field of education. Guest of Honour Gajanan Mali lauded the school’s unique and innovative approach, particularly appreciating the cultural performances. The programme today was colourful, beautiful, and truly wonderful. From the Saraswati song to the energetic dance performances, every presentation was innovative and engaging, he said. Recalling his long association with the institution, he added: I have been connected with Happy Hours School for nearly 20 years. Principal Amla Lal and her entire team deserve heartfelt congratulations on the 21st Annual Day. Her energy is reflected not only in the staff but also clearly visible in the children.
