Haryana Parents Association Protest against private schools

The fight for getting justice to the parents of the students studying in the private schools is quiet long now. Since, nothing considerable has been taken as an initiative from the side of government the parents association has been protesting against the private schools uninterrupted. Haryana Parents unity association organised a ‘Parents Rights Rally’ in Faridabad on Sunday 26th April 2015. In spite of the scorching heat large number of parents and other citizens participated in the rally. Kailash Sharma, General Secretary of the association led the rally. Subhash Lamba mentor, District President Advocate S.K.Joshi and District Secretary Dr. Manoj Kumar also led the rally alongwith Kailash Sharma. The rally started from Rajasthan Bhawan in sector-10 and marched through different parts of the city. This included the residence of MLA of the area Vipul Goel, Residence of MP from Faridabad Krishan Pal Gurjar, Sector-30,31,37,46 and residence of the MLA from Badkhal Seema Trikha. During the rally effigy of Education mafia was burnt. The protestors also protested in front of MP Krishna Pal Gurjar and accused him of having hand in gloves with the education mafia. The effigy of District Education Officer was also burnt on charges of failing in implementation of education guidelines 2003. The protests also marked outside the prominent private schools.
With the large number of participants in the rally the local administration came in to action. The Chief Minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar was also in the city for some other function. He also enquired about the reason of protest. On his initiative Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar Agrawal called upon a delegation of the protestors for discussing the issues. Kailash Sharma said that they have submitted their memorandum and expect some response from the Deputy Commissioner.
