Himalaya Pride Society, Greater Noida West in collaboration with NEFOMA organizes meeting with NPCL Officials

The Himalaya Pride Society of Greater Noida West in collaboration with the Flat buyer Association NEFOMA, today held a very important meeting with NPCL officials and representatives of all societies in which an awareness program was held to take multipoint connections in multi story societies under which all societies
Questions were taken from people which were discussed extensively to establish a multi point electricity connection and received answers were given by officials from NPCL .
The representatives of the society said that the builder in greater Noida West is charging the maintenance charge, water connection charge from the meter, then NPCL Vice President Project Sarnath Ganguly told that a complaint will come to me under that we will send a notice to the builder  Under the UPRC rule, the maintenance charge or other charge cannot be deducted from the meter, a resident of the Himalayan Pride Society told NPCL.  Even after issuing the notice from NPCL, the builder has still pasted  notice on his notice board to take charge from the electricity meter.
Residents of the Himalaya Pride Society, while completing the residents approval process of 51% to take multi connection, presented the consent list to NPCL officials, now the facility of direct connection in the society will be commissioned soon by survey by NPCL.
 NPCL Vice President Project Sarnath Ganguly replied to all the residents how the multipoint connection would directly benefit and the way to take the connection.
1. A pilot project for NPCL for multipoint connection has been completed at the Royal Court in Greater Noida West. After its success it has been decided that the charge of NPCL meter for taking multipoint connection will come to about 15 thousand, which includes NPCL Digital Dual Meter.
2. Permission of the builder will not be required to take the meter connection, if the registry of flat has been done than it is good and if not , then the meter connection will be taken on the Allotment Letter.
3. In order to get a connection 51℅ flat resident has to give approval on stamp paper of Rs 10 which will be considered as the possession of the tower, residents can ask for a list of residents residing in OC, CC, Society from the builder.
NEFOMA President Annu Khan told that meeting with NPCL was very important and residents had asked very important questions about how to take multipoint connection because builders have been robbing residents in the name of electricity, sometimes in the name of DG, sometimes in the name of maintenance. Residents will get direct benefit if they get a direct connection, the builder will not be able to take additional charge on their own,
 NPCL officer Tarun Chauhan conducted the forum, Tarun Chauhan said that in the future, this  program will make residents aware about the benefits of multipoint electricity connection.
