I.T.S. Engineering College in Orientation Program of Freshers 2015.
I.T.S. Engineering College, one of the premier Institutions in the field of Engineering and Management Education organized an Orientation program for Students of New Batch 2015-19 to be continued till 4th of Aug. with various training programs.
The program was to receive and welcome the new students to our fold and introduce them to the Management, HODs and Faculties.
The opening of program was a welcome address by Dr. Rashmi Gupta , presenting a bouquet of flowers to our Chief Guests Prof. Neeraj Khare , Professor- Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, and Distinguished Guest Shri Anup Mandal ,CIO,HT Media by Director Dr. Vineet Kansal followed by lamp lighting and Saraswati vandana in the guidance of Dr. Vineet Kansal, Director I.T.S Engg. College Mr Sohil Chaddha Vice Chairman and Chief Administrator Mr. Surendra Sood I.T.S Education Group and Chief Guests.
There was a brief presentation of ITS Group by Ms Nilakshi. The new students were welcomed and addressed by Chief Administrator Mr. Surendra Sood, ITS Education Group, followed by address of Dr. Vineet Kansal, Director, ITS Engineering College. He heartily welcomed the students and shared his experience as a student and the crux being that acquire knowledge to serve others and not for your individual self. You grow collectively he emphasized. He explained the opportunities which our college is providing to the students to be either an entrepreneur or corporate leaders , the student must know of his aspirations and decide accordingly which is of prime importance.The Chief Guests Prof. Neeraj Khare , Professor- IIT Delhi, and Shri Anup Mandal ,CIO,HT Media motivated and inspired the students and briefed them about the companies their expectations and challenges to be met and how to cope up with the professional environment.
Dean(AA) Mr. Gagandeep Arora apprised the students of Rules and regulations, hostel and transport rules. There was an introduction of hon’ble HODs of ITS Engineering College by First year B.Tech HOD of Applied Science department Dr. Rakesh Dubey .
The Alumni of ITS Engineering College were invited and enthusiastically shared their experience of being with the college, motivation received from esteemed faculties and their key to success.
The Program ended by handing of Token of Appreciation to the Chief Guests and Dr. Rashmi Gupta the co-ordinator of the ceremony thanked the Esteemed guests and authorities of college and were obliged with their benign presence.
