IAS aspirant, 2 more, held for mass forgery of IDs
GHAZIABAD: Ghaziabad police have arrested three men with as many as 23,592 holograms intended to be used on forged voter IDs. This, at a time when Central intelligence agencies have issued a nationwide alert for possible terrorist infiltration.
