In 2 yrs, rape cases rise 250% in Ghaziabad

Two years after the brutal assault and gang-rape of Nirbhaya shook the nation, there is only more bad news for women in Ghaziabad.

The number cases of rape registered in Ghaziabad have risen 250% as compared to cases registered in 2012. The number of rape cases in 2012 was 28. And in 2013 and 2014, it was 69 and 98, respectively.
