Sydney, Oct 27th, 2022: Aided by half-centuries from Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Suryakumar Yadav and a sweeping performance by bowlers, India recorded a win against the Netherlands by 56 runs on Thursday.
With this win, India has successfully climbed to the top of Super 12 Group 2 points table. They had beaten arch-rival Pakistan in a nail-biting game at the MCG last Sunday.
India is all set to take on South Africa on the 30th of October. The latter defeated Bangladesh by a whopping 104 runs at the same venue to occupy the 2nd position in the group 2 points table.
