India Expo Mart Presents ₹20 Lakh Interim Dividend to Greater Noida Authority

Greater Noida, 4th August: Rakesh Kumar, Chairman of India Exposition Mart Ltd (IEML) on Friday presented a cheque of ₹20,01,302 to Ravi Kumar NG, CEO of Greater Noida Authority (GNIDA), as an interim dividend for the fiscal year 2022-23.

Greater Noida Authority, serves as an important stakeholder in the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of India Expo Mart. The interim dividend presented by IEML reflects the company’s commitment to sharing its success and profits with its stakeholders, including the Greater Noida Authority.

After the cheque handover, Rakesh Kumar expressed his gratitude to the GNIDA for their support and collaboration in furthering the objectives of India Exposition Mart. He highlighted the positive contributions of the GNIDA in promoting trade and commerce, driving investments, and boosting economic growth in the region.

CEO Ravi Kumar NG acknowledged the partnership between GNIDA and Expo Mart as a mutually beneficial alliance that has fostered business growth and development opportunities in the area. He emphasized that such financial milestones strengthen their belief in the potential of the region and the importance of nurturing public-private collaborations for sustainable progress.

Amit Mohan Prasad, Additional Chief Secretary of MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) Department, UP govt and Somya Ranjan Srivastava, Additional CEO of GNIDA were present during the cheque handover.
