India Exposition Mart Ltd. (“IEML”) conducted its 22nd Annual General meeting on Monday, August 28, 2023 in New Delhi in presence of Rakesh Sharma, Executive Chairman, Rajesh Kumar Jain, Audit committee Chairman, other Directors, KMPs, Statutory Auditors and Members of the company.
Rakesh Sharma chaired the meeting and briefly outlined the happenings and achievements of the company during the financial year 2022-23 and acquainted the gathering about the key attainments of the company over the period.
During the financial year 2022-23, India Exposition Mart Ltd. recorded its total revenue of over ₹ 223 Crores which is the highest so far being more than four and a half times of the last year’s revenue and being a considerable jump of approximately 40% over the previous peak revenue of ₹161 Crores attained in the financial year 2019-20.
Based on voting results and scrutinizer report, the Chairman announced that the company at its 22nd Annual General Meeting had adopted the Audited Financial Statements (including Audited Consolidated Financial Statements) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, and the Report of the Board of Directors and Auditors’ thereon.
The members had unanimously re-elected Vivek Vikas as the Non-Executive Director to its Board of Directors. Alongside, Mr Ravinder Kumar Passi and Anil Mansharamani were unequivocally appointed as the Non-Executive Directors to the Board of India Exposition Mart Ltd.
After the declaration of voting results, Chairman sincerely thanked all the Ministries of the Central Government and Uttar Pradesh State Government, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, Members of the company, Board of Directors, and IEML team for their incessant contribution and support.
