Indian dairy industry changing and progressing: Amandeep Dhillon, Vice Chair, IDF

Greater Noida, Sept 14th, 2022: World’s largest dairy conference, World Dairy Summit 2022, is a three-day event being held at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida.
Inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the summit aims to provide a platform for Indian and international leaders, farmers, processors, and manufacturers to share ideas and expertise about the dairy sector.
In conversation with Ten News, the Vice Chair of the International Dairy Federation (USA), Amandeep Dhillon sheds light on the importance of WDS 2022.
Speaking about the benefits of the summit, Dhillon said that it was remarkable to see the progress story of the Indian dairy sector being showcased at the summit, which is being organized after 48 long years.
“I see the tremendous growth in India and the things that are changing for the better”, she said.
When asked about the trends in the global dairy industry, she replied that the global dairy sector is constantly expanding and all countries are contributing to the same.
Talking about her experience at the summit, Dhillon said that it was a wonderful experience and she lauds the NDDB for organizing the event.
