Greater Noida News (08 January 2026): Indusfood 2026, Asia’s premier food and beverage trade exhibition, is being held at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, from 8 to 10 January 2026 across a massive 120,000 square metres. The mega event was inaugurated by Union Minister for Food Processing Industries, Chirag Paswan, in the presence of senior industry leaders including Abhishek Dev (Chairman, APEDA), Mohit Singla (Chairman, TPCI), Jens Wolfgang Michel (CEO, Abu Dhabi Food Hub), and Ashish Kumar Agrawal (Managing Director, Bhikharam Chandmal).

Among the prominent exhibitors at the event is Craze Biscuits, a well-known Kerala-based brand, represented by Varghese Thomas, Vice President – Sales, who showcased the company’s diverse product portfolio to global buyers and stakeholders.

Speaking to Ten News Network, Varghese Thomas said, Craze is a 40-year-old brand based in Calicut, Kerala. This is the first time we are participating in Indusfood, and the response has been very encouraging. We currently offer 14 products with 28 SKUs. Though the brand has a long legacy, we relaunched the brand in Kerala three years ago and have since built a strong market presence.

Highlighting the brand’s unique offerings, he added, Our range includes distinctive products such as Coffee Marie and Cardamom Fresh, which set us apart in the biscuit category. Having consolidated our presence in Kerala, we are now expanding beyond the state and have also entered the export market.

Varghese Thomas emphasized the company’s export-focused strategy, stating, We are moving very aggressively into exports, and platforms like Indusfood provide the perfect opportunity to connect with international buyers. Over the next three days, we are confident of exploring new export partnerships and contracts.

He also praised the venue and organization of the event, saying, India Expo Mart is a fabulous venue—one of the best in the country. The infrastructure, facilities, and overall organization are excellent. I truly appreciate the efforts of the organizers, and I believe Indusfood will be a win-win platform for exhibitors and buyers alike.

Indusfood 2026 continues to reinforce its position as a powerful global platform for the food and beverage industry, bringing together manufacturers, exporters, buyers, and policymakers under one roof. With its expansive scale, international participation, and strong focus on exports and innovation, the exhibition is enabling Indian brands like Craze Biscuits to explore new markets, build global partnerships, and accelerate their journey from domestic success to international recognition.
