Innovative Learning through Management Lessons- Organized by MBA Department

Management Department , ITS Engg College organized a competitive programme – Innovative Learning through Management Lessons. In this programme students were made to learn management lessons. The programme focused on developing analyzing skills among the students by presentation and screening. All the students of MBA 1st year and 2nd year were involved in this programme. It focused on the process of learning through practice.
Learning is the act of acquiring new, or modifying and reinforcing, existing knowledge, behaviors, skills, values, or preferences and may involve synthesizing different types of information. The ability to learn is possessed by humans, animals and some machines. Human learning may occur as part of education, personal development, schooling, or training. It may  be goal-oriented and may be aided by motivation. The study of how learning occurs is part of educational psychology, neuropsychology, learning theory, and pedagogy. Learning may occur as a result of habituation or classical conditioning, seen in many animal species, or as a result of more complex activities such as play, seen only in relatively intelligent animals.
Keeping this importance of learning, the programme involved students in deriving management lessons through personal experiences. The winners of the programme were-

3. Varsha Sharma 3rd prize
The programme concluded by announcing winners of the competition. The winners were facilitated with medals by Head of Department, Prof Ankur Srivastava. The programme was success fully organized by Prof Lk Verma and Ms Anuja Shukla.
