ITS Engineering College felicitates faculty members with monetary benefits
ITS Engineering College has always been supportive of research oriented faculty members and have provided them with a work culture conducive to them in the pursuit of their research goals. Keeping this rare tradition alive in the current educational scenario, the institute has not only duly acknowledged the academic contributions of its faculty members, but also rewarded them with monetary benefits under its research and development policy. Post pandemic period, the College has paid a befitting tribute to six of its notable teachers for their high quality research paper publications in SCI and Scopus indexed journals in the sessions 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22 by felicitating them with monetary reward.
The six faculty members from various departments of the Institute who were considered for this felicitation were Dr. Ashish Kumar and Dr. Kuldeep Malik from Computer Science and Engineering Department who were rewarded with a cheque of Rs. 4000 and Rs. 5000 respectively, Mr. Navneet Kumar from Electronics and Communication Engineering Department with a cheque of 50,000 rupees, Mr. Parveen Bhola from Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department with a cheque of Rs. 10,000, and Dr Sanjay Yadav and Dr. Harsh Gupta from the Department of Mechanical Engineering who were felicitated with a cheque of Rs. 12,000 and Rs. 25,000 respectively. In all, an amount of rupees 106,000 was conferred upon these six faculty members by the management.
The felicitation was done by Dr. Mayank Garg – Director of the College in the presence of all the
faculty and staff members.
