The students of Jesus and Mary Convent School celebrated Hindi Diwas today by organising a special assembly. Various programme like Hindi Speech, Poems, Songs & the skit were presented by the students highlighting the importance of Hindi as a National Language. Speaking on the occasion Rev. Father Sebastian said it is very important to promote and propagate the Hindi language as it is the most commonly spoken language in India. He urged the teachers to motivate the students to improve their Hindi writing skills and read the literary works of famous Hindi writers.
