A group of Tamil Nadu farmers are protesting at Jantar-Mantar for 41 days now. Their unique protest strategy such as eating mice, drinking own urine as well as eating grass has already captured many eyeballs.
Rahul Gandhi, Yogendra Yadav, Kumar Vishwas are some of the leaders who have already met these farmers at Jantar-Mantar to express support.
However many have also questioned over the intentions of these farmers and also have raised doubts about the funding of these protest.
Indeed on Monday a set of eight photos’s emerged at twitter in what looked like a manufactured photo-shoot to showcase apathy of these Tamil-Nadu farmers in some drought hit region.
The pictures were posted on twitter by Tamil Nadu BJP Youth Wing VP SG Suryah.
Twitter users have called it a shameless attempt to market apathy of farmers.
