L&T to commence construction of Eminence at Wave City Center.

In yet another milestone for Wave City Center, Larsen & Toubro (L & T), one of India’s best construction companies is to commence construction for Eminence – ultra luxurious serviced residences at Wave City Center.

The excavation for the construction site of Eminence, which is spread across 1.62 acres in Sector 32, Noida as a part of Wave City Center, has been completed. With L&T now on board, construction of Eminence is soon going to commence and would be completed in 42 months as scheduled. In the past, Wave City Center has associated with renowned International consultants like SOM, MXD, FORREC and ARUP and is currently working with best in class project management and building design consultants, AECOM and NOSTRI Architects for the project to ensure quality construction and timely delivery.
