New Delhi (India), 27th February 2023: Anand Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra Group took to social media to appreciate the South Indian Actor after the tremendous success of RRR on both national and international fronts.
Anand Mahindra said, “This man is a global star. Period” The pre-independence fiction movie has been widely across the globe. Earlier this year the RRR won the best original song award in the Golden Globes for ‘Naatu Naatu’.
Recently it beat Tom Cruise’s Top Gun Maverick in the Hollywood Critics Association Awards. Along with that SS Rajamauli’s film also bagged three other awards at the HCA Awards.
RRR is also nominated for the most prestigious Academy Awards also known as Oscars for ‘Naatu Naatu’. Due to all this attention the two actors Ram Charan and Junior NTR have become global sensations.
Ram Charan who also appeared in an American TV show called ‘GMA3: You Need To Know’ on the ABC network replied to business tycoon Anand Mahindra when his tweet received more than 1.8 million likes, thanking him he said, “Thank you so much sir! It’s India’s time now to shine in every field and form.”
