Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Talent Management- A Heart of Transcendence in Knowledge Economy

GLBIMR under the visionary leadership of Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Group of Institutions and Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR, organised a Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Talent Management- A Heart of Transcendence in Knowledge Economy” on October 15, 2016 at its Greater Noida Campus where   Dr. Rishi Raj Singh, International Training Program Director, NIESBUD, Govt. of India was the Chief Guest  and Mr.  Kamalendu Bali – Director-Solutions, Concentrix, Gurgaon was the key resource person. The event witnessed participation of more than 100 delegates from various corporate houses and academia.  Dr. Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR also welcomed the chief guest and delegates. She emphasized on the way this program will help the organization gain an understanding of the intricacies of talent management like talent planning, talent acquisition, employee on- boarding and integration, performance management, individual development etc. Participation Certificate were conferred to all the delegates The event was very successful.
