MRS MANJULA MISHRA, CHAIRPERSON, INDIAN INDUSTRIES ASSOCIATION, SPEAKS ABOUT DEMONETIZATION AND HER STRUGLLE.
TN: How do you feel after winning successful women entrepreneur?
MM: It’s a culmination of a long hard working journey, I come from a middle class family. If I can do it anyone can do it. This happened after a lot of struggle.
TN: Did your family supported you, in becoming a successful entrepreneur?
MM: Yes a lot, I was working in a company and I quitted my job. My husband was very supportive and I took a big risk after quitting the job. There were difficulties, but we were determined and survived.
TN: Who’s your idol and how do you enhance your skills?
MM: There is no specific person, but there are many, who mentored me and guided me on a big scale for my development. I improve myself from my mistakes and mistakes made by other persons.
TN: What’s your view on demonetization?
MM: Specifically, it’s good for long term but on a short term basis it’s not worthy. There has been a big change in business environment and would definitely change the scenario of Indian economy.
