Martyr got remembered : 16TH Sashikant Memorial Tournament got organized in Noida Stadium

A inter state cricket tournament is organized by Manav seva simiti & Noida sports trust in the memory 0f martyr Captain Sashikant. Who gave his supreme sacrifice for the country. This tournament is being organized from last 16 years.
This time Tournament is organized in Noida stadium On the final day of tournament final match is played between Amity international school & Vishwa bharti sector 28 .In which Vishwa Bharti won the match by 29 runs. Amity has projected score OF 109 runs to vishwa bharti against which Vishwa bharti got out on 80 runs. Ankur from Amity got the award for best batsman and . Aviral from Amity got man of the tournament.
Chief guest of the program Pankaj singh MLA of Noida & Ex DM of Noida NP Singh were present. proud parents of martyr Captain Sashikant and his doctor brother were also present .Pankaj Singh presented trophy to winners and runner-up and he said with physical strength they ability to handle mental pressure is also very strong. So a sports man need to be emotionally & mentally very strong. NP singh shared very valuable thoughts with youngsters “He said we should not take sports as a pratidhundata but pratiyogita means we should add values to what other had contributed . organizers said they will keep organizing this tournament so that martyrdom of brave hearts will always remain.
