Mata Bhagwanti Chadha Niketan – an initiative of the Ponty Chadha Foundation and a charitable school for children with special needs, graced another feather on their hat of achievements, as they were chosen to be the proud recipients of the prestigious ‘Leaders Speak Global Education Summit Award 2016’ in the ‘Outstanding Work in PwD Education’ category.

The famous ‘Leaders Speak Global Education Summit Award 2016’ was organized constituting of three aspects includingconferences, expos and awards on the 21st and 22nd of October in New Delhi. The two day event laid focus on fields like Skill development and Quality education. The occasion was graced by Shri Upendra Kushwaha, Minister of State for HRD (School Education & Literacy) as chief guest. Other esteemed dignitaries that attended the award ceremony included Shri Giriraj Singh. Minister of State, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Shri Syed Shahnawaz Hussain, National Spokesperson of BJP and Former Cabinet Minister,GOI and Shri Subodh Kant Sahay, Former Cabinet Minister, GOI.

On this significant achievement, Director Mata Bhagwanti Chadha Niketan, Dr. Vandana Sharma said, “We are honored to receive this accreditation and to be here amongst such dignitaries at this platform. We at MBCN are fully committed and dedicated towards education, training, and rehabilitation of these children with special needs. We are working hard each day trying to create a world of care, as we trust that these children deserve a life worth living with respect, love, and dignity. The Leaders Speak Global Education Summit 2016 was carried out successfully with the presence of significant policy makers, regulatory body representatives, entrepreneurs, corporates, international experts and other esteemed heads of different education institutions from across the nation.
