Monsoon is retreating but in the Eastern Parts of India it is leaving behind floods and pestilence. The horror of J&K is  still fresh. Many parts of India will  now be rain deficient  after the monsoon 2014.  The new Government  on debut faces rough weather in many fronts including the current  monsoon.  People’s jury  will deliberate on its performance . Judgment day will be  a date in May 2019.
