The aim of knowledge seminar is to foster the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 intended to increase transparency and accountability in the real estate sector and to protect the interest of the allotees/purchasers by promoting transparency accountability and efficiency in the construction and execution of Real Estate Projects by promoters and developers. The bill also brings real Estate brokers who will facilitate the sale purchase of unit in project within it ambit.
