NEFOMA Meets CEO Amit Mohan, Flat Buyers Hopeful
(09/05/2017) Greater Noida : A delegation of NEFOMA led by its president Annu Khan today met CEO Amit Mohan Prasad at Greater Noida Authority.
Delegation submitted a fresh memorandum of demands and requested CEO for an early resolution.
The demands include that builders should not demand any additional charges, all builders should give a written commitment of completion date failing which they should pay interest to buyers.
NEFOMA also informed CEO that many builders are trying to get interim certificates of completion of two-three towers to save themselves from RERA. NEFOMA requested that such certificates must only be issued after proper inspection.
After the meeting NEFOMA President Annu Khan said, “We are hopeful that now meetings between builders and buyers have began by intervention of competent authorities. We wish that an amicable solution is reached soon and all affected flat buyers get their possessions”.
Flat buyers are seeing a ray of hope after the change in State regime. Everyone expects that continuous intervention of authority officials will surely yield some positive results.
