NEFOWA demands clarity on Amrapali Auction Issue

NOIDA: Group of home buyers from Noida extension have demanded that they be provided a clarification on the financial condition of builder group Amrapali as there are many apprehensions regarding the financial status of the group which is creating unrest among the buyers.

Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association President Abhishek Kumar said, “A public notice has come to light from corporation bank that states that one of towers at builder’s  Sector 62 project has been attached for an auction on August 18. After this news the large fraternity of Amarpali buyers are under stress and the clarity regarding it is very necessary at this point”.

He further stressed that Amrapali builders should come forward and clarify the matter.

The buyer fraternity also plans to contact Noida authority to get in to details of any steps towards insolvency and its ramifications on the buyers.
