TWO AUTO LIFTERS ARRESTED BY POLICE OF PS BARA KHAMBA ROAD AND ONE STOLEN SCOOTY RECOVERED.

Two auto lifters namely Chaman Bidlan s/o Jai Kishan r/o CV Sida Mohalla, near Chhote Lal General Store, Chilla Village, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi (Age 20 yrs.) and Amarjeet s/o Agya Ram r/o S-605 B, Nehru Enclave, School Block, Shakarpur East, Delhi (Age 19 yrs.) a team of PS Bara Khamba Road during checking at the picket.

INCIDENT:

On 04.10.2015 HC Gianender No. 534/ND and Ct. Omkar No. 465/ND were checking vehicles at Minto Road Picket, New Delhi. During checking at around 1.45 am they found two persons, riding over a Scooty bearing No. DL 7SA Q 0855, coming from Central District. On suspicion, HC Gianender and Ct. Omkar stopped that Scooty and made sustained enquiry from the riders but they could not give satisfactory answer. Thereafter, HC Gianender made enquiries from Police Control Room and found that the said Scooty was stolen from the area of PS Preet Vihar. HC Gianender also informed Police Station Barakahmba Road in this regard. SI Mukesh Yadav and HC Ram Phool reached the spot and on firther enquiry it found that the Scooty No. DL 7SA Q 0855 was stolen from the area of PS Preet Vihar and a case vide FIR No. 015047 dated 03.10.2015 u/s 379 IPC PS e-Police Station, Crime Branch has been registered in this regard. Accordingly both accused persons were arrested vide DD No. 4A dt. 03.10.2015 U/s 41.1(d) Cr.P.C. P.S. Barakhamba Road, New Delhi.

INTERROGATION:

On sustained interrogation accused Chaman Bidlan s/o Jai Kishan r/o CV Sida Mohalla, Near Chhote Lal General Store, Chilla Village, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi (Age 20 yrs.) and Amarjeet s/o Agya Ram r/o S-605 B, Nehru Enclave, School Block, Shakarpur East, Delhi (Age 19 yrs.) disclosed that on 03-10-2015 in the afternoon they had stolen Scooty No. DL 7SA Q0899 from Raja Tower, Nirman Vihar, New Delhi and were going to Connaught Place.

PROFILE:

Accused Chaman Bidlan (Age 20 yrs.) is 10^th drop out while accused Amarjeet (Age 19 yrs.) is 9^th drop out. Both accused have been working as Cleaner in Delhi Metro.
