Nirav Modi’s brother, sister summoned under fugitives Act

A special Fugitive Economic Offenders Act court in Mumbai on Saturday issued public summons to absconding diamantaire Nirav Modi’s brother Neeshal Modi and sister Purvi Modi. The court said their assets will be seized if they fail to appear before it on September 25 at 11 am. The Enforcement Directorate had charged Neeshal and Purvi for indulging in money laundering.
