Noida Authority Unfurls Tricolour on Republic Day, Officers Administered Oath of Allegiance to the Republic of India

NOIDA, (26/01/2019): The Noida Authority Celebrated the Republic Day with an environment filled with patriotism.
The National Flag was hoisted by the CEO Alok Tandon(IAS), Noida Authority. With due respect towards the nation and the martyrs, the people present there sung the National Anthem Proudly and saluted the National Flag.
Alok Tandon, administered the oath of allegiance to the officers and the people present . He advised all to follow the constitution and works towards the development and the building of the nation.
In his inaugural speech he said, “We should learn and salute the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for the freedom which we have today.
Our constitution gives each and every citizen equal rights and responsibilities towards it. So, to follow what’s written in the constitution is the responsibility of every citizen. “.
He also praised the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and pledged to make NOIDA the cleanest.
Following this the event was graced by some beautiful patriotic performances by the school girls on patriotism. Various patriotic songs were also sung by the school children.
A play was also performed by the school girls on Swachhta which received the loudest applause.
The function culminated with the National Anthem and cash prizes by the Noida Authority to the two performers.On this occasion large number of officers and employees were present .
