Noida Authority worker shoots student following a verbal argument

(19/06/2017) Noida : Dheeraj, a student of class 12th in National Institute of Open Schooling was allegedly shot by a fuel operator of Jal Divison in Noida Authority.

Accused Vinod Baisoya aged 42 got in to a petty verbal argument with victim Dheeraj aged 17 at Barola area of Sector 49.
Police have lodged an FIR and have said that as per information of eyewitnesses the accused was carrying a licensed revolver and was also drunk at the time of incident.

The bullet was fired aiming at Dheeraj’s chest and he has received injuries in the right part of the chest. He was immediately admitted to Prayag hospital by his relatives and had gained consciousness late Monday night.

An FIR has been registered under IPC section 307 after receiving the written complaint from the victims family. They have also alleged that accused Vinod is a habitual drinker and used to misbehave with the people in the area.
