Oman Buyers Explore Furniture Sourcing Opportunities at 61st IHGF Delhi Fair – Spring 2026

Greater Noida News (14 February 2026): International buyers from Oman are actively exploring furniture sourcing and business collaborations at the 61st edition of the IHGF Delhi Fair – Spring 2026, being held from 14 to 18 February at the India Expo Centre & Mart. The prestigious fair is organized by the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) and is witnessing strong participation from global buyers on its opening days.

Spread across 17 well-curated halls, the fair features more than 3,000 exhibitors showcasing an extensive range of products, including furniture, home furnishings, décor items, fashion jewellery, gifts, and eco-friendly lifestyle products. The event continues to reinforce its reputation as one of the world’s largest sourcing platforms for Indian handicrafts.

Speaking to Ten News Network, Motasim Said, a buyer from Oman, expressed his keen interest in sourcing furniture from India. He said that he is visiting the IHGF Delhi Fair for the fourth time and finds it an excellent platform to connect with Indian manufacturers. “I am here mainly for furniture—beds, sofas, and tables. India offers good quality and variety. I want to connect with companies not only for manufacturing but also for logistics and shipping support between Oman and India,” he said.

Motasim further appreciated the scale of the venue and the diversity of exhibitors. He described Delhi and Greater Noida as ideal destinations for international trade exhibitions, adding that the fair provides access to a large number of companies under one roof, making business interactions efficient and productive.

Organizers noted that the strong response on the first day reflects India’s growing stature in the global handicrafts and furniture market. The IHGF Delhi Fair continues to act as a vital bridge between Indian exporters and overseas buyers, enabling new partnerships, expanding trade networks, and opening fresh avenues for international business growth.
