Pass anti-sealing bill in get it approved by SC and union government demand former AAP MLA Kapil Mishra & Akali Dal MLA Manjinder Sirsa

New Delhi: Suspended AAP MLA, Kapil Mishra and Akali Dal-BJP leader MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa came down heavily on AAP government for prevailing sealing issue in the city and recited CM Arvind Kerjiwal’s threat for hunger strike as a gimmick.

They said while addressing media on Monday at Akali Dal office. While addressing media Manjinder Singh Sirsa blamed AAP government for the sealing issue. “They should pass a resolution first in Delhi assembly, what they have been demanding from Union Government. We will pass the unanimously in the upcoming budget session and sent the same draft to the Supreme Court and Union Government for the approval,” he said adding that the Delhi government has also not approached the SC to stop this, however, in 2006, when sealing issue came into light, Delhi government had approached SC.

Whenever BJP alleges AAP for prevailing sealing crisis, AAP claimed that it is under Union government. “If sealing issue falls under Union government jurisdiction then how EVM hacking issue is a Delhi centric issue.” Sirsa added.
Later in the event, suspended AAP leader Kapil Mishra said “If the AAP government did agreed to propose a bill then we will table Private Member Bill in the Assembly and will try hard to pass it. Moreover, the notification of 351 roads in under the government’s hand they should do it quickly.”

Aimed to hammer out the solution, Delhi CM Kerjiwal wrote a letter to Delhi BJP Chief Manoj Tiwari and Congress Delhi Chief Ajay Maken yesterday for all party meeting on March 13, 2018. Moreover, he also wrote letters to Congress president Rahul Gandhi and PM Narendra Modi to pass an ordinance in the parliament.
In addition to that, CM Kejriwal also threatens to go on hunger strike from March 31, if the sealing issue did not resolve even after all this.

Kapil Mishra is a suspended MLA from of AAP represents Karwal Nagar constituency and Manjinder Singh Sirsa represents Rajouri Garden constituency.
