Delhi: The Indian government convened an all party meeting Tuesday to hold discussions with leaders of various political parties ahead of the upcoming monsoon session of parliament.

Congress’s Anand Sharma and Ghulam Nabi Azad, BJP’s Ananth Kumar & Vijay Goel and NCP’s Sharad Pawar also attended all-party meeting ahead of monsoon session of the parliament.

On Tuesday latee in the day, Senior Congress leader, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Targeting BJP said, “People have lost faith in EVM machines and we should bring back to old system for the democracy to survive.”

Adressing the Media, Ghulam Nabi Azad, on the concerns to be raised in the upcoming monsoon session of the parliament, said,

“Parties unanimously wanted to see the Parliament function in the monsoon session.It was a conventional meeting. All 13 parties decided that we want to see the Parliament function. Last time also, opposition wanted both houses to run. But they didn’t let Parliament work and we were blamed instead.”

“People have lost faith in EVM machines and we should bring back to old system for the democracy to survive”, Added Nabi.
