Petrol Pump in Noida fined with Rs 10 thousand for violating “No Helmet No Fuel” Policy!

Delta 1 situated petrol pump owner in Greater Noida has been fined of Rs 10 thousand by District Supply Department for providing petrol to two-wheeler riders who were without helmet. This action came after department received a complaint on WhatsApp. Regarding the same a departmental probe launched in the matter in which irregularities were found after which action was taken.

Since June 1, in the district two-wheeler riders, without helmet were not allowed to take fuel at filling stations as per the order of District Magistrate Brajesh Narain Singh.

Department is receiving continuous Complaint against Delta 1 situated Anil Auto Service Station after which District supply officer R N Yadav and District Coordination Officer Amit Prakash were sent on the spot for probe. In their reports it got confirmed the fuel station was violating the rules there after fine was imposed on owners.
