PM Modi inaugurates country’s first National Training Conclave

New Delhi, 11th June 2023: On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the first-ever National Training Conclave at Delhi’s Pragati Maidan’s International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

The Conclave was attended by representatives from civil service training colleges nationwide.

The Capacity Building Commission convened it to encourage collaboration among civil service training institutes and strengthen the training infrastructure for government servants across the country.

The Conclave was attended by about 1500 representatives from training institutes, including Central Training Institutes, State Administrative Training Institutes, Regional and Zonal Training Institutes, and Research Institutes.

The Conclave included eight-panel talks, each concentrating on major topics relevant to Civil Services training institutes, such as faculty development, training impact assessment, and content digitalization.

According to an official statement, civil servants from central government ministries, state governments, local governments, and specialists from the private sector participated in the deliberations.
