Strategically located in Knowledge Park III, the hotel is designed to cater to the increasing demand from business travelers, exhibitors, and students in one of Uttar Pradesh’s most dynamic urban hubs.

The 76-room boutique-style hotel marks a key milestone for the group as Greater Noida continues to emerge as a center for industry, education, and global exhibitions. Its proximity to India Expo Mart and the upcoming Noida International Airport enhances its appeal as a preferred stay destination.

Expansion Strategy and Vision

Speaking to Ten News Network, Atul Upadhyay, Executive Director and Board Member, highlighted the group’s aggressive growth plans. He said, We are excited to introduce our second property in NCR. With over 60 hotels currently operational across India, this launch reflects our confidence in the region’s potential. Greater Noida is rapidly transforming into a major hospitality hub.

He further added, Over the next two years, we plan to add nearly 30 more hotels, aiming to reach the 100-hotel milestone. Our focus is to deliver a complete hospitality experience rooted in Indian culture and values.

Prime Location Meets Rising Demand

Mohammad Shoeb, Vice President – North Region, emphasized the strategic importance of the location. He noted that, Knowledge Park III is surrounded by educational institutions and industrial zones. With year-round exhibitions at Expo Mart, there has always been a shortage of quality accommodations. This hotel aims to address that gap.

Describing the property, he added, It is a ‘cute, chic, and boutique’ hotel that blends elegance with comfort. From room design to dining, everything meets international standards, with special focus on comfort and guest experience.

Modern Amenities and Upcoming Facilities

The hotel offers 76 well-designed rooms across Deluxe, Superior, Premium, and Suite categories. Guests can enjoy dining at Café Pride, an all-day multi-cuisine restaurant, and Mr. Confectioner, a premium bakery and tea lounge. Future developments include a rooftop restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and expansive banquet spaces. The property will soon feature over 8,000 sq. ft. of event space, including Imperial and Chancery halls, capable of hosting up to 600 guests.

Dr. R. K. Tandon, associated with the project, highlighted the balance between quality and affordability. He said, Our aim is to provide high-quality hospitality at reasonable prices suited to the local market. This project will not only serve guests but also generate employment and contribute to regional growth.

Reema Tandon, who transitioned from the education sector to hospitality, reflected on the journey. She shared, This project came with challenges, but with strong teamwork and guidance, we successfully completed it. We are committed to making this hotel one of the best in the region.
