#Rajasthani beauty Aditi Hundia wins Miss Getaway Goddess title
June 27th 2017, Mumbai: The audience remained awestruck as 30 dazzling beauties appeared on stage one after the other in their traditional attire in the national sub contest ceremony of Miss India 2017. The glittering ceremony was held at Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai last Tuesday. The girls also walked the ramp in edgy yet elegant cocktail dresses on Anushka Manchanda’s live melody.
One of these 30 state finalist, Rajasthani beauty Aditi Hundia enjoyed her moment of glory at the event when her name was announced as the winner of Miss Getaway Goddess title. The title was introduced for the first time ever in Miss India contest. As a part of the contest, all the contestants were asked to shoot a two-minute video showcasing their state as the perfect holiday destination. Aditi’s video endorsing Rajasthan which was posted on various social media platforms garnered a fabulous response paving her way to Miss Getaway Goddess title. The young model was sashed by Karan Anand, Head, Relationships, Cox & Kings and Srinidhi Ramesh Shetty, Ms Supranational 2016. She was presented the Cox & Kings Getaway Goddess gift voucher worth Rs.1 lakh. Aditi also emerged as a winner in the Miss Fashion icon category.
Commenting on the concept of Getaway Goddess Anand stated, “Our association with the Miss India contest opens up opportunities for us to showcase our product profile to the targeted segment. The evening saw renowned celebrities Neha Dhupia, Waluscha De Sousa, designer Nivedita Saboo and Padma Shri Wendell Rodricks as the judges. International Pageant winners Rohit Khandelwal (Mister World 2016), Lopamudra Raut (Miss United Continents 2016- 2nd runner up), Srinidhi Shetty (Miss supranational 2016) and Jitesh Thakur (Mister Supranational 2016- 2nd runner up) were also felicitated during the ceremony.
