New Delhi (India), 18th March 2023: South Indian actor who has recently become a global star after the massive success of SS Rajamauli’s movie RRR recently expressed his interest in woking in a sports biopic. He added that if given a choice he would prefer playing Virat Kohli as they also share resemblance to one another.
RRR had become a global sensation and has bagged multiple awards on a national and international level. The movie recently won an Oscar which was a historic moment for the country. Due to this the two lead actors Ram Charan and Jr NTR are all the rage and attracting tons of recognition.
Ram Charan said at the India Today enclave, “I would like to play anything to do with sport. It’s been a long due. Maybe a sports-based film,”
Later Virat Kohli’s name was suggested and to this Ram Charan commented, “Fantastic, he is an inspiring soul. I think given a chance, it will be fantastic as I look similar also.”
Virat Kohli is a celebrated and one of the most respected cricketers of the world. He is an amazing batsman and also lead the Indian team in the last World Cup.
Ram made this remark right after Virat was caught doing the Naatu Naatu hook step during the first ODI match between India and Australia. When the Australian players were brought out onto the field, he burst into the iconic trademark steps.
