RERA UP Chairman leads reform deliberations in Noida, stake holders take part!

Today a meeting was held between the RERA, CREDAI builders association and with Authority officials . In which a discussion was held on what will be the format of builder buyers agreement under RERA .

In the meeting state chairman of RERA Mukul Singhal and officials from all three Authority were present .

As this was the final meeting before notifying the various provision under the format of builder buyers agreement so a detailed discussion was done. The different aspects of act as applicable on free hold land and lease hold land were also discussed. Also when it comes to Uttar Pradesh as it is a large state and has many of its own laws like UP Apartment Act , Transfer property act, Stamp duty etc so the measures to integrate all this within RERA such that spirit of RERA will not get diluted was also deliberated upon.

RERA Chief while talking about RERA told that all the registration of builders were done online as per the initiative of paper less & electronic office from disposal of complaints to sending notices to uploading orders all the work is done in a digital way. Further he added, “Facility of instant registration is only available in UP so as per the results website of UP RERA is visited by 12 crore viewers which is highest in India. And further whatever problem will arise that will be tackled according to the situation situation”.

Some of the key points of decision were Adoption of model, Registry on carpet area and checking practice of defecating in open by locals in near by areas.
The participants of the meeting were hopeful that format will get ready within 2-3 days and thereafter will be send to the cabinet.
