Residents of Supertech Emerald Court, Sector 93A Noida, plan to hold a PEACEFUL PROTEST on Sunday, the 19th of June at 10:30 AM at the Supertech office inside the complex.

Supertech Limited is the most notorious Builder and habitual offender in the NCR region for whom breaking laws, cheating & defrauding are norms. All of his projects CZAR in Greater Noida, Up Country project on Yamuna Expressway in addition to our Emerald Court, Sector 93A, NOIDA are glaring examples. The Builder has no regards for the authorities. He has built extra flats in CZAR without approval, given forged documents for approval in Up Country Project and erected Apex & Ceyane in Emerald Court based on a fake Structural Certificate.

1. Tired of poor quality of maintenance being provided by Supertech, residents demand that complex be handed over to Emerald Court Owners’ Resident Welfare Association (ECO-RWA), along with owners’ security deposit (IFMS), all mandatory approvals, statutory documents and accounts under the U P Apartment Act 2010.
a. Time and again, the glaringly inadequate quality of maintenance has been brought to the attention of Supertech Management, but nothing satisfactory has been done to improve the substandard maintenance. Supertech Management is adept at collecting inflated maintenance charges without proper accounts & justification.
b. Acute shortage of efficient & technical maintenance staff, frequent breakdown of lifts trapping residents, poor upkeep of common facilities, such as children’s playgrounds, swimming pool & gym, are some of the issues that residents face constantly.
c. Supertech has been charging Rs. 150 per KW per month as electricity back up charges, which is 10 times more than what owners’ of other societies pay in our vicinity.

2. One of the most urgent and pressing issue is restoration of Fire No Objection Certificate which is mainly due to the illegal towers making it difficult for rescue operations if fire in the society or major earthquake in the region takes place, putting lives of over 2000 residents at risk.

3. Residents are also demanding demolition of illegally built wall in the basement which is a potential hazard and has encroached into the parking space resulting in inadequate parking slots for each car & narrow driveways which has made parking of the cars miserable. On 24.09.015 Noida Authority had issued orders for its demolition, a team was sent on 20.10.2015 to bring the wall down, but after a private conversation with Supertech officials order was not carried out; we have the whole drama on video.

Supertech Emerald Court is one of the best located project in the area, but Supertech’s greed, cheating & fraud has made the lives of the residents difficult & very inconvenient.
