Road accident disputes now to be settled in Gr Noida Authority old building

Greater Noida (13/4/2019): Now to settle accidental disputes people don’t have to visit courts as now such disputes will be settled in the old building of Greater Noida Authority.

The administration has come up with the decision because, in courts, it took a very long time to settle such accidental disputes.

So from now onwards in every district, such special courts will be set up for hearing such disputes. An official of ARTO department A K Pandey told that “Earlier departments had asked details about the location for the court after which we have suggested the old building of Greater Noida Authority.

Which has now approved by the department and sooner it will become operational. For now, the building is also used by UP-RERA.
