Scattered effort on ground to implement #NGT order
The National Green Tribunal (NGT) order mandating pollution, age and weight check of vehicles at entry points of Delhi, on Thursday revealed a system marred with corruption, lack of manpower, intent and massive congestion as implementation of the court order seemed to remain a mere formality.
