Startup Meet at AIC–GBU Incubation Centre Strengthens Innovation & Entrepreneurial Culture

Greater Noida News (23/02/2026): The AIC-GBU Incubation Centre hosted a dynamic Startup Meet aimed at fostering innovation, collaboration, and sustainable entrepreneurial growth among emerging startups and aspiring founders. The event was held under the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor of Gautam Buddha University, who also serves as the Chairperson of the incubation centre.
The meet brought together more than 50 startup founders representing around 30 startups working across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, information technology, food technology, and agri-technology. University officials highlighted that Gautam Buddha University currently supports 65 registered startups, while over 100 ventures are in the ideation phase, underscoring the rapid expansion of its entrepreneurial ecosystem.
During the programme, startup founders showcased their innovative concepts and business models through structured pitch presentations. The participants received valuable insights and constructive feedback from experienced mentors and domain experts, helping them refine their ideas and strategies. The event featured mentoring interactions, discussions on funding avenues, market validation, scalability planning, and focused networking sessions designed to promote collaboration and potential partnerships among startups.
While addressing the gathering, Rana P. Singh emphasized the critical role of innovation-led entrepreneurship in driving economic and social development. He assured participants of continuous institutional support, stating that platforms like the Startup Meet are essential for guiding young entrepreneurs, equipping them with strategic direction, and exposing them to real-world business challenges.
The Startup Meet concluded with an interactive open discussion, allowing founders to directly engage with mentors and peers, followed by a formal vote of thanks. The event reaffirmed the AIC–GBU Incubation Centre’s commitment to nurturing innovation, empowering startups, and strengthening the overall startup ecosystem at Gautam Buddha University
