Students & teachers of Galgotias University undertake “Tiranga Yatra” in Dankaur

On the eve of Independence Day, students and teachers of Galgotias University, participated in the “Tiranga Yatra” in Dankaur. This “TirangaYatra” was organized under the “Aazadi ka Amrit Mahotsav ,” celebrating 76 years of India’s freedom, as part of the “Meri Mati, Mera desh” and “Har Ghar Tringa” programs, as per the Honorable Prime Minister’s call. The purpose of this “Tiranga Yatra” was to evoke a sense of respect for the symbols of freedom and awaken the feeling of “Patriotism in the hearts of every citizen.

Suneel Galgotia, the Chancellor of Galgotias University, said that the nation is paramount for all of us. Through this Tiranga Yatra, we pay homage to those great warriors who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of our country. The entire nation is grateful to them.

Dhruv Galgotia, the CEO of the university, while paying tribute to the brave martyrs of the country, emphasized that the younger generation should learn from the lives of these great patriots and always maintain a sense of dedication towards the nation.

Faculty member of Galgotias university Dr. Narendra Bahadur Singh, Sugandha, Vrinda, and many students from the School of Law at Galgotias University participated in the Yatra. The Chairman-Representative Dankour Shri Deepak Singh and some citizen’s also participated enthusiastically. During this Tiranga Yatra” the business community of Dankaur city showered flower petal’s and distributed refreshments.
