Supertech Czar Buyers announce massive car rally to protest against Builder Fraud!

Supertech Czar Residents today held a press conference at society lawns to bring forward the serious concern of thousands of families who have been suffering from grave injustice due to many flats remaining sealed in the society.

Supertech Apartment Owners Association President Pawan Mishra said, “Out of 1904 flats built in this project, 1100 flats remained sealed as of today. Authority alleges that these are illegal flats, hence registry for them will not be allowed and they will remain sealed. However we residents want to ask them how these 20 storey towers were build, marketed and sold despite being illegal. Why didn’t authority check it during construction or sale period and has finally woken up now after its completion to restrain buyers from taking possession”.

To press for their demands and take their campaign out on the roads, Supertech residents have planned for car rallies with over 1300 vehicles tomorrow. Talking about the same office bearers of the AOA informed, “Our rally with over 1370 cars will start from our project itself and will pass through Pari Chowk, Surajpur crossing, Greater Noida west etc. and would finally culminate at the Supertech Czar Project itself”.

There are around 600 families living at Super Czar as of now. Only 340 flats have been registered till date. Buyers and investors of the project allege that while construction of illegal towers and units were allowed to go unchecked years after years, the sealing drive of now is affecting people who have already paid the amount and still aren’t getting a flat. Hence in such case they are paying both EMI and rent and have no clarity about the future of their invested money.

As per the buyers the project had started in 2007 and possession were started to be given from 2010.
