THE CONSTRUCTION OF RAM TEMPLE WILL LEAD TO UNITY AND HARMONY IN THE COUNTRY : LOK SABHA SPEAKER

New Delhi, 5 August 2020: Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Om Birla has congratulated the people on the occasion of the historic Bhoomi Pujan of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today.

In his message on Facebook, Shri Birla said: “Prabhu Shri Ram is the eternal symbol of India’s cultural consciousness and there is a deep faith and belief in Lord Shri Ram across the country.”

Shri Birla was happy to note that “the amicable judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court on this contentious issue has paved the way for laying of foundation stone of the majestic Ram temple today in Ayodhya and it is indeed an incredible and historic moment.”

Lok Sabha Speaker said that “the citizens of the country had been eagerly waiting for the auspicious day for a long time and the initiation of construction of the Ram temple is spreading a divine energy and aura across the nation.”

Shri Birla further said that “it is a matter of great pleasure that the construction of the temple will be achieved with the support of people of all religions and classes”. He hoped that the construction of Ram Temple will lead to unity and harmony in our country
