Trade and culture in focus as PM #NarendraModi begins 3-day #China visit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in China, his first stop the ancient city of Xian, also the hometown of President Xi Xinping.

Upon his arrival at the Xi’an Xianyang International Airport, the Prime Minister was received by Shaanxi province Governor Lou Qinjian, among other Chinese dignitaries.

He began his tour of China by visiting the Terracota Warriors Museum at Xian. He went around the museum that houses neat rows of terracotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of China.
